On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group provides Mobile Mechanic, Auto Repair Service, Mobile Oil Change, Brake Repair Service, Battery Replacement Service, Mobile Auto Repair, Car Maintenance Service, Mobile Car Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://autorepairchandler.com is provided on an "as is" basis. On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold On Site Auto Repair and Maintenance Group harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
